By accessing this website or enrolling in Candia Lea Cole’s training courses, programs or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase programs from Candia Lea Cole, Eco-Intelligent Lifestyle Mentor.

By participating in any program or service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own results, decisions, and actions. Candia Lea Cole does not guarantee specific outcomes; transformation occurs through your own application, energy, and willingness to grow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candia Lea Cole is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your participation in her programs, coaching, or website use.

4. Course Pricing, Payment, and Refund Policy:

Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. If you represent a school or a large group who wishes to utilize Candia’s course materials, you must purchase a license from Eco-Learning Legacies. The course prices listed in Candia’s shop or e-learning domain apply to individual users. Because of the digital nature of Candia’s programs, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once access to the digital platform has been granted.  

5. Intellectual Property:

All content provided through www.ecolearninglegacies.com or affiliate sites, including videos, audios, written materials, images, and course structures, is the intellectual property of Candia Lea Cole. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, share, or use any materials for commercial purposes without written consent

6. Certification for Graduates of Candia’s Training Courses:

You will receive a certificate of completion from Eco-Learning Legacies when you complete the courses, which you can list on your resume, website, or social pages. If you seek a reference from Candia for the purpose of a job application, she will provide it for you at no cost, providing you’ve completed her program and can express how you have benefitted from it in a note or testimonial.

7. Accreditation Status:

From 2024 to 2025, Candia Lea Cole’s courses were accredited by The International Association of Coaches, Trainers & Mentors (IACTM). Candia decided not to renew the accreditation seal for two primary reasons:

1) IACTM requires graduates of Candia’s program who wish to train others in her content (and issue IACTM certificates to their students) must complete a process for becoming a licensed trainer. This process involves paying IACTM an initial license fee, along with an annual renewal fee. 2) Since Candia Lea Cole is the face and voice of her teachings, and her graduating students do not need to actually teach her pre-prepared lessons, she decided against this approach. A better option, she decided, was to offer her students a “learn to earn” Eco-Mentor Affiliate opportunity.

8. Eco-Menor Affiliate Opportunity:

As an affiliate, you can get paid on the sale of Candia’s courses that result directly from your recommendation. If you are interested in the affiliate option, please contact Candia to exercise this option at hello@ecolearninglegacies.com or ecolearninglegacies@gmail.com

If, as an affiliate, you would like to advertise the availability of Candia’s programs (through your e-mail newsletter, podcast, or social platforms,) you are advised to obtain product images and promotional copy from Candia Lea Cole prior to your posting. Candia is not responsible for the cost of any promotional ads you might post. If you do post ads about Candia’s courses, you must mention that you have partnered with Candia Lea Cole, the founder of Eco-Learning Legacies to bring her content to your audience.

Eco-Learning Legacies respects your confidentiality and takes steps to protect your data with care.

Candia Lea Cole’s website or courses may contain links to third-party websites. She is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these external sites.
