When I woke up today, the question I was guided to answer for you on the pages of my eco-journal was: “Where do you find inspiration for creating your educational courses?”
The answer to this question is: “I find inspiration in my visions, and in the process of channeling the wisdom that accompanies them.”
Vision, I want to start by saying, is more than the ability to see with our eyes. It is the ability to see with our mind’s eye. And when we use our vision intuitively, artistically, and constructively, we have the opportunity to imagine, plan, and create a whole new personal reality, as well as a whole new planetary reality.
As someone who often refers to myself as an ‘eco-visionary’, I often depend on my VISIONS to create the kinds of educational tools that I imagine our homes, communities, and societies NEED today to thrive in the 21st century.
What makes my tools different than standardized learning materials (offered to students in our nation’s schools) is that they represent the outgrowth of my own lived experiences.

What I’ve LEARNED about my place and function within the grand scheme of life.
What I’ve DISCOVERED about the importance of growing healthy bonds with myself and the natural world.
WHY relationships are the key to health and ecological well-being.
HOW I’ve EMPOWERED myself to make healthy lifestyle choices that support my health and the Earth’s health.
My ability to ‘channel’ has been very helpful to me in the process of turning my VISIONS into educational courses, and using my personal development as a catalyst for my development as a leader.
If you’ve never heard the term “channel” or you’re not clear on what it means to me in relation to my work, I can offer you a simple explanation. It’s kind of like having the ability to be a language translator or interpreter.
For me, it happens naturally when I simply allow myself to sense non-verbal forms of communication in the natural world and in higher dimensions, and when I translate what I see, hear, and feel into human ideas and words.
While I can’t say for sure ‘who’ is guiding me in the channeling process, I have always felt that it’s a friendly and caring community of angels, spirit guides, and ancestors on “the other side”, who I sense are watching over me and helping me to craft messages for humanity that are in step with our needs to grow, look upward, and evolve.
One of the educational courses I’ve created, which reflects the rich and fertile outgrowth of my ability to vision and channel, is my ECO-LEGACY MENTOR Course. (Aka “The Eco-Legacy Mentor’s Journey.”) This course, which I devoted over a decade to creating, introduces the six-step pathway to eco-intelligent living that emerged in my consciousness after I completed a lifelong journey of self-learning and self-healing.
My memoir is included in the course, as is my Eco-Mentor Guidebook and six Discovery & Empowerment Journals. (NO scrolling is needed, since I have extracted the content from my books and translated it into engaging videos, audios, and illustrated PDFs.) I never would have been able to create this beautiful transformation education curriculum had I not been open to receiving help from “the other side.”
