Course Description:
For decades, the USDA Eating Model has told Americans what to eat (and in what amounts), but it has failed to make a true distinction between whole food and un-whole food. In this course, you will learn why it’s time to retire eating models that aren’t honest and aren’t rooted in nature’s wisdom. You’ll gain knowledge about how our nation’s industrial food production system is harming the environment and the health of people and living things, and you’ll also gain awareness about how our nation’s organic food production system is helping to restore the health of people and living things.
